When working in the Manage Templates window in the Elements app, you can easily convert your text (single-line text and multi-line text) to all uppercase by selecting the Capitalization option in the formatting panel. Select the text you want to appear in uppercase, then mark the checkbox labeled ALL UPPERCASE, as indicated below.
