How to adjust the formatting of number, currency and date fields in the Elements app
The Elements app offers a variety of formatting options for numbers, currencies, and dates to ensure data on branded templates displays correctly. To edit templates and access formatting options, a user must have either Admin or Elements Designer permissions.
1. | Open the Elements app from the apps side panel (or apps home screen if you’re a non-admin user) |
2. | Select the cog icon to open the Manage templates window |
3. | Open an existing template or create a new one |
4. | On the right side of the editing window, select the option to insert text from a table  |
5. | Select the desired field (being either a number, currency, or date) |
6. | Ensure the field is selected to activate the table field panel |
7. | Select how the format should appear once exported from the format dropdown  |
