How to configure a Pitchly library with Macabacus in PowerPoint
Before configuring your Pitchly library with the Macabacus add on, first ensure that Macabacus has been downloaded and installed on your computer.
To begin, open PowerPoint.
Navigate to the Macabacus toolbar in the top ribbon.
Click Macabacus, then Settings, then Library Manager.
Within the Library Manager, click on the Pitchly P icon in the bottom left.
If this is your first time connecting to the library, you’ll see an authenticate button. Otherwise, you’ll see a re-authenticate button. Click authenticate.
A browser window will open, directing you to a Pitchly login page (if you’re not currently logged into Pitchly) where you will enter your credentials to log in. If you are logged in already, you’ll be authenticated immediately.
If you are the first Pitchly admin to log into the system, you will choose to allow access to all workspaces across the account or select workspaces on behalf of the entire organization. However, it is important to note that permissions apply so users with access to select workspaces will only see those select workspaces. Click Install.
You’ll see the message below when you have successfully authenticated and connected.
Back in PowerPoint, you will see your Pitchly account has been added to the 'Library' with each relevant table with content to display available for selection.
For users with Write and Read permissions, every workspace you have access to, and every table with content, will be available.
