Get to know Pitchly's most used features
Logging into Pitchly, you will be greeted with the user home screen. The left side contains your workspaces. This is where you can add, filter and edit data. On the right side of your screen, you will see your applications, which are used for exporting content from Pitchly.
Adding, filtering and editing data:
Once inside your workspace, select a table from the top ribbon. To add data, use the plus icon. This will display a blank form for you to populate. When completing the form ensure that all required fields (indicated by a red asterisk) are populated prior to saving the record.
You can easily find specific information using filters:
Search Across All Fields: Use the magnifying glass icon to search for one or more key terms. If you’re searching for multiple terms, separate them with commas.
Field-Specific Filters: Click the filter button to filter by individual fields. This lets you create detailed filter criteria based on multiple fields and conditions.
By using these filtering options, you can quickly create complex searches to find the exact records you need. Additionally, you can sort and hide certain fields to make your data easier to navigate. If you find a particular view helpful, you can save it for future use by selecting Save current view as new.
To edit a record, find the one you want to update. Click the arrows on the left side of that record to expand it. This will open the record so you can make your changes before saving them.
Applications
To export content from your workspace, you can either:
Expand an application: From your user home screen, click to open one of the applications on the right side of your screen.
Click an application tile: From the table view, select an application tile on the right side of the screen where you are viewing data.
Once you do this, you can export content into various formats, such as Elements, Proposals, or Slides, depending on which applications are available in your workspace.
Your account Administrator decides which applications are shared and selects the ones that best fit your needs. For instance, if you want to export a collection of tombstones to PowerPoint, you would use the Elements app.
This way, you can easily access the tools you need to share your data effectively.
