How to Safely Delete a Table in Pitchly: A Complete Guide for Admin Users

Important: Deleting a table in Pitchly will permanently remove all associated data and cannot be recovered. To prevent permanent data loss, we highly recommend exporting all table records before proceeding with deletion.

Steps to Delete a Table in Pitchly:

  1. Ensure Admin Permissions

    You must have Admin level permissions to delete a table in Pitchly.

  2. Select the Table

    Click the down arrow next to the table name you want to delete.
    Click Edit table.

  3. Access Table Settings

    Click the cog button on the right-hand side of the screen.

    Select Delete table.

  4. Confirm Deletion

    A pop-up window will appear. Click OK to confirm deletion.

What Happens After Deletion?

When a table is deleted, it will be removed from all workspaces within your organization. If you only want to remove a table from a specific workspace and not the entire organization, you can remove the table by clicking the down arrow next to its name, and then click Remove table from workspace.

Avoid Data Loss: Export Records First

Before deleting a table, make sure to export all records to avoid permanent loss of data. This precaution ensures that important information can be retained if needed in the future.
