With the click of a button at the top of your table, you can select or deselect all records on a page. By default, clicking the select all button will capture the first 100 records, or the first page of the table. To select the entire table, click Select all # in this view, which appears in the center of the screen, as shown below.

To deselect records, click Clear selection.

Selected records will be indicated by the checkmark as well as highlighted in a pale pink color.

If you want to select an entire table to make bulk updates to specific fields, start by selecting all records in the table, and then proceed using the update all feature.
