How to share a form
Forms are a great way to collect data and can be shared with anyone, even if they are outside of your organization.
To share from the forms dashboard:
Open the Forms app from the apps panel
Select the menu button (…) in the bottom right corner of a form tile and click Share
Alternatively, click on the form. Once opened, navigate to the Share tab at the top of the screen.
Two options will appear under the Share tab
Click Copy to circulate the form via the URL link
Click Send Direct to share the form via email
You will have the option to enter a list of individual email addresses or select an audience to dynamically send the form
Add a message (optional)
Determine when you want the form to be sent
Click Schedule
Select an Audience
An audience is a collection of email addresses that can be stored and used again. When a form is sent to an audience, all email recipients will receive the form at the same time.
To send to an audience:
Choose “select an audience” in the Send Form window
Choose an existing audience from the dropdown or create a new audience by clicking on the plus icon
If creating a new audience, enter a name, description, and list of email addresses separated by comma
Click Create
The new audience will then display in the dropdown
An existing audience can be edited by selecting the pencil icon to the right of the name in the dropdown
