How to delete a form
Delete a form from the Forms dashboard:
Open the Forms app from the apps panel
Select the menu button (…) in the bottom right corner of a form tile
Click Delete
From the pop-up window, click OK
Delete a form from it's expanded view:
From the view of an expanded form, click on the Settings tab at the top of the screen
At the bottom of the screen, click Delete to permanently remove the form from the workspace
3. From the pop-up window, click OK
Please Note: You will not be able to recover a form once it's deleted.
