How often will I need to log in if using Pitchly on the same device?
The Pitchly timeout period is 90 days. When you log in on a new device, you will remain logged in for 90 days on that device. If you log out and then log back in, the timeout period resets to 90 days. However, it does not reset with each application access.
If you remain logged in for the entire 90 days, you will be automatically logged out after 90 days since your last login.
Receiving an access code
You will receive an access code in the following situations:
Logging Out: If you log out of Pitchly, you will need the code to log back in.
Inactivity: If you last logged in more than 90 days ago, you will receive a code upon logging in.
Clearing Cache: If you clear your browser cache, you will be prompted to log in again and will receive a code.
