How to view and export organization activity using the audit log
The audit log is a great way for admins to monitor activity within an organization. The audit log captures when records, tables and/or templates are added, deleted or updated. Certain actions, such as table searches, can also be tracked revealing user and date details. To view and export an audit log, you must have Admin level permissions.
To view the audit log:
1. | From the Admin Home Screen, click the Activity tab |
2. | Select a desired date range |
3. | Select a specific User (leave as All to track activity across the organization) |
4. | Select an Action (leave as All to track all activity) |
5. | Once the criteria is applied, actions will display
Please note: To adjust the timezone for date and timestamps, select a region from the bottom dropdown. This will update the timestamps for each action displayed. |
6. | Click Export to have the report emailed to you in .csv file format |
