How to create and share a custom view
When accessing a table, the default view will be applied for all users. From the default view, you can add additional filter conditions, sorts, and hidden field settings to further segment and arrange data. Custom views allow for users to save a specific configuration, easily recall it for later use and share it with other workspace members depending on permission level.
Custom views are sorted alphabetically.
Please Note: Users with Write and Admin level permissions can share custom views with others in the workspace. Users with Read only permissions are able to create a custom view but not share it with other members.
To create a view:
Apply your desired filter conditions, sorts, and/or hide/reorder field settings to segment the data
The views panel is located to the left of your table
If hidden, select Show views on the top ribbon
Click Save current view as new at the bottom of the views panel
Create a view name and add a description if applicable
Click the toggle if you wish to share this view with others in the workspace
Click Create
Saved views are stored in the views panel under My views (only you have access to) or Shared views (visible to all members of the workspace).
When you select a saved view, the applied filter conditions, sorts and hidden fields will display on the top ribbon and the impacted columns will be highlighted. To collapse the views panel, click Hide views.
