How to sort fields
Sort to arrange and organize field data in ascending or descending order. Multiple sorts can be applied to fields in a hierarchical order within a table.
To sort fields:
On the top ribbon, click Sort
Click Add sort
Select the desired field and apply ascending or descending order
To apply an additional sort, click Add sort
The applied sorts will display on the top ribbon and the impacted columns will be highlighted within the table
