Privacy & Permissions

Pitchly uses OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code Grant to connect with HubSpot. The integration authenticates using a HubSpot user account, and all data access is governed by that user’s:

  • CRM object permissions

  • Property (field-level) access

  • User-level scoping defined by HubSpot’s access model

You can view the Pitchly app’s granted permissions in your HubSpot App Marketplace settings, but you cannot modify or restrict those permissions. Access to specific records and fields is instead governed by the authenticated user's assigned role and visibility inside HubSpot.

Objects

Pitchly supports syncing the following standard objects from HubSpot:

  • Companies

  • Contacts

  • Deals

  • Owners

  • Deal Stages

NOTE: Custom objects are not supported in HubSpot integrations. Each standard object you wish to sync requires a separate automation.
