Privacy & Permissions
Pitchly uses OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code Grant to connect with Microsoft Dynamics 365. While the integration requires a preconfigured application in Microsoft Entra, access is ultimately granted by logging in as a Dynamics 365 user.
All data access is governed by that user’s:
Security roles
Field-level permissions
Record-level sharing rules within Dynamics
We recommend creating a dedicated Dynamics 365 user specifically for the Pitchly integration. This allows you to control what data Pitchly can access by tailoring that user’s permissions. The integration will only be able to access the data that the authenticated user is allowed to view or manage.
Tables
Pitchly supports syncing the following standard tables from Dynamics 365:

NOTE: Custom tables are not supported. A separate automation must be configured for each supported table you wish to sync.
