Campaign Dashboard Elements:

The campaign management interface in PitchPrfct provides a comprehensive overview of all your campaigns. Let's break down the key elements:

  • 1. Campaign Field Overview: The main dashboard displays all crucial campaign information at a glance including:

    • Name - The title of your campaign

    • Type - Campaign classification (email, social, etc.)

    • Created - Date when the campaign was initiated

    • Completed - Date when the campaign finished

    • Status - Current state of the campaign

    • Progress - Visual indicator of campaign completion

    • Actions - Available operations for each campaign

  • 2. Action Buttons: For each campaign, you have three management options:

    • Manage - Opens the campaign details for editing and monitoring

      • Workflow Details

      • Delivery Settings:

      • Drip Delivery

      • Estimated Duration

    • Clone - Creates a duplicate of the campaign with all settings

    • Delete - Removes the campaign from your dashboard

  • 3. New Campaign Button: 3. New Campaign Button: Creates a fresh campaign from scratch, opening the campaign setup wizard with three main steps:

    • Setup - Configure your campaign type, name, and delivery settings

    • Contacts - Select the contacts or lists you want to include in this campaign. You can choose individual contacts, entire lists, or both.

    • Message - Compose the message to send to your contacts

    Note: Your campaign will NOT start automatically After creating this campaign, you'll be taken to the campaigns dashboard where you can: • Review all your campaign settings • Make any final adjustments if needed • Click the "Start" button when you're ready to launch
