Advanced Workflow Settings

Fine-tuning Workflow Behavior

Written by Rudy Wetou

Advanced settings provide precise control over workflow behavior:

  • 1. Allow Reentry: Control whether contacts can go through the workflow multiple times.

  • 2. Remove from Existing Workflows: Automatically remove contacts from other workflows when they enter this one.

  • 3. Time Window Toggle: When enabled, this feature restricts message delivery to specific hours only.

  • 4. Time Zone Settings: Choose between specific time zone or contact's local time zone for all timing operations.

  • 5. Start/End Time: Define the exact time range when messages can be delivered.

  • 6. Active Days: Select which days of the week the workflow should operate.

  • 7. Save Settings: Apply all your configured workflow parameters.

Why These Settings Matter

These advanced controls help you create more sophisticated customer journeys while respecting time boundaries and preventing messaging conflicts between different workflows. With these settings properly configured, you can ensure that your communications are delivered at appropriate times and in a coordinated manner that enhances the overall customer experience.
