Defining Availability for Vendors

How do I set my profile to available for new work?

Vendors on Pixlmob can choose from 3 options for their standard availability:

Auto-Accepting:

  • You are automatically accepting all orders you receive and are agreeing to complete them by the order deadline. (You can always dispute the order if it was placed incorrectly).

  • This status is recommended during your normal business hours and should only be turned on if you’re prepared to complete all orders sent to you.

On Hold:

  • You have 12 hours from when the order was submitted to manually accept or decline the order. After 12 hours, any orders that have not been accepted will be automatically declined.

  • The deadline for the order, based on your turnaround time, is set when the work is accepted. (You can set your turnaround times for each service you offer from your Pixlmob profile.)

  • This status is recommended for when your shift is nearly over and you don’t want to receive many more orders to complete today.

Not Accepting

  • You are not accepting any new orders. You can still deliver any existing orders and receive revision requests on past orders, but you are not able to receive any new work.

  • This is recommended when you are on vacation, at capacity, or are unable to work (sick, technical issues, etc).

The above statuses apply only to standard orders, not ASAP work. To receive ASAP orders, you'll still need to toggle on your ASAP availability separately and refresh it every 60 minutes. While you have ASAP availability on and a customer views your ASAP-enabled profile, they will see your status as Ready Now and it will override the status listed for your standard orders.
