Check your browser settings to confirm pop-ups are allowed from Pixlmob. In most cases, allowing pop-ups will resolve this error (as the download permissions typically pop-up in a new window).

Error purchasing a project:
If you receive an "Internal Error" message when attempting to order a project, please take the following steps to resolve this issue:
Delete (move to trash) the draft project you've created.
Do a hard refresh of your browser. (See below for instructions.)
Add funds to your balance, if needed.
Recreate your draft project and purchase it.
