We've carefully selected a group of initial editors from hundreds of applicants and verified their skills to:
Review the images edited by the AI model of your choosing.
Fine tune the alignment, white balance, tone, and more.
Re-edit any images where AI HDR missed the mark.
Add in those crucial sky replacements, tv screen enhancements, and composite fires that AI can't always deliver.
And provide revisions until your expectations are met!
By ordering both services together, you can skip waiting for the AI model to finish, and then having to send your images to an editor for additional improvements.

How it works:
As soon as you've ordered your project, the AI model gets to work editing your files.
Once the AI model is finished, the editor you chose is notified to begin his review of your files.
He'll download the images edited by AI, carefully review them for quality and consistency, and edit any necessary corrections.
If the AI model failed to correctly edit one of your images, the editor can download your original source files and create a new, finished edit.
When the editor is finished, he'll deliver any files he revised and you'll get your finished files!

Yes! You can request revisions from the editor, just like you would on a standard order, following the process here. The editor will complete your revision tickets and upload the revised files to your order. The editor is not able to re-submit the files to the AI model to be re-rendered.

As soon as the AI model is finishing editing your files, the editor is notified to begin working on the order, so you don't need to review or approve the files once the AI model is done or before the editor can get started.
How long does it take to get my final edited photos?

The turnaround time for AI editing varies based on the model you choose, the number of raw files you upload, and the file type you provide and is typically finished in 2 hours or less. Each editor's turnaround time for this service is listed on his profile (usually 12 hours). The total time for the order is the amount of time needed by the AI model + the turnaround time set by the editor you choose.
There is currently no ASAP or rush option for AI + Human | Review & Retouch, but some editors offer a 6 hour turnaround time for this service.

You'll pay the price for AI HDR editing (as low as $0.55/image for PropMedia Pro members) + the editor's price per image for this service (ranging from $0.20 to $0.40 per image).
There are no additional fees or charges for add-ons.

Yes! This service is currently in a beta phase and we've carefully selected around 50 editors who have applied and completed the verification process for this service.
We plan to make this service available for all editors (who complete the verification process) in the future.

No, once the AI model is done, the editor is automatically notified to begin quality control and editing of the order.
How can I track my job’s progress through the AI and human stages?
How can I track my job’s progress through the AI and human stages?
When you place an order, you'll see 2 services listed within your project: AI HDR & Review and Retouch.
While the AI Model is working, this service will show as In Progress and the editor's service (Review & Retouch) will show as Waiting for AI HDR.
When the AI model has finished edited your files, this service will show as Completed and the editor's service, Review & Retouch, will show as In Progress.
Once the editor is finished, Review & Retouch will show as Ready for Review.
If you click on the AI HDR service within your project, you'll be automatically redirected to the results of the Review & Retouch service from the editor, since that's where your finished files will end up.
