Each time you place an order, you will receive an emailed receipt from Stripe for your purchase.

Pixlmob does not automatically provide any statements or invoices for purchases.

From your Pixlmob account, you can navigate to the Reports tab where you can generate reports summarizing your transactions. Read a step-by-step tutorial here.

If you need this report for tax purposes, you can customize the report by providing the following information about your business:

  • Legal Business Name - The name under which your business files taxes

  • Legal Business Address - The legal address of record for your business

  • Tax ID Number:

    • EIN - Employee Identification Number

    • VAT - Value Added Tax Identification Number (common in the EU)

    • Other Tax ID - including Social Security Number or other country-specific identifiers

Important Notes:

  1. Pixlmob will never sell or distribute any of this information. These reports are for informational purposes only.

  2. Pixlmob cannot access or edit these reports on the user's behalf.

FAQs:

How do I access the Reports tab?

In the left navigation panel of your Pixlmob dashboard, click on account and then on reports.

Can I get a report in a different currency other than USD?

All amounts listed on the reports are in USD. Pixlmob does not have the ability to generate reports in any other currency at this time.

Can you combine reports from multiple Pixlmob accounts?

No, we cannot combine reports from multiple Pixlmob accounts as each account is unique and the data cannot be shared from one account to another.

Can I have Pixlmob's VAT for this form?

Pixlmob is based in the US and does not have a VAT number nor are we required to provide any such data. You can customize the form with your personal information, which is sufficient for tax purposes.
