Pixlmob is excited to enable Integrations with your favorite platforms! Currently, Integrations are currently available with:

Once you've set up an Integration in Pixlmob, you can view the content from your connected platform in a new tab under Projects in the left navigation panel.

From this page, you can easily and quickly create a project and place an order for the services you need:

Integration FAQs

  • How do I find my API Key or Token?

    • Each platform sets this up differently.

    • For Aryeo, you can find details and instructions from their site here.

  • How do I see the products in my appointment?

    • If you hover over the number of items in an Aryeo order, you'll see the list of your products from Aryeo that were included in that Aryeo order.

  • How are my integrated projects named?

    • The Aryeo Order # will automatically populate in the project name, which you're welcome to rename however you'd like.

  • What if I don’t see my platform listed? How can I suggest another option?

    • We're excited to add more Integrations soon! You can request an integration you'd like to see on Pixlmob by completing this form.

  • What should I do if the integration stops working or isn't refreshing?

    • Disconnect the integration and then set it up again.

    • If this does not resolve your issue, please reach out to the platform you're integrating to ensure they aren't experiencing any service interruptions or delays.

    • It's important to note that Pixlmob is not able to offer any support with the functions of your integrated platform, like Aryeo or Spiro.

  • How often is information refreshed? How quickly will a new appointment show on Pixlmob?

    • Lighting fast! In most cases, the data will refresh and load within seconds, although it can occasionally take a minute to transfer info.

  • How do I disable or deactivate an integration?

    • Simply click "Disconnect" on the Integrations tab for the platform you'd like to disable.

  • What should I do if a property isn’t showing up through my integration?

    • Refresh the page. It should pop up within a few seconds.
