Do I need to top up my PLAI Wallet before making a purchase?
No. Parents and users are not required to deposit money into their Wallet before making payments.
The Digital Wallet (accessible from the Home Screen → Bank on a team page) is a convenient way to “park” funds for future use.
You can also pay directly for any shop item via the Shop tab using any Credit or Debit card.
After your first transaction, your card details are securely saved and encrypted for quick and easy future payments.
