Sometimes you may need to request a one-off payment from a parent for club fees, missed sessions, or special events. PLAI makes this easy with a Custom Payment Request.
đSteps to Send a One-Off Payment
Go to the Shop tab in PLAI and click on Orders.
Click the â+ Request Paymentâ button.
Under Select Product, scroll to the bottom and choose âCustom Productâ â this will open a new page.
Select the Member who needs to pay.
Name the payment clearly, e.g.:
September 2025 Subs (2 Weekly Sessions)
Enter the amount to be requested.
Choose the Category as Other.
Click Send Request â this will generate a payment link that is emailed directly to the parent.
