You can add a new card to your PLAI Wallet at any time, whether you're paying for a membership, an event fee, or a shop order, or just want a card saved for next time.
Go to Wallet > Saved Cards.
Tap + Add a New Card.
Enter your card number, expiry date, and CVV.
Tap Save Card.
Note: Your card details are encrypted and processed securely by Stripe, PLAI's payment partner. PLAI never sees or stores your full card number.
What is a CVV?
The CVV (card verification value) is the 3 digit security code on the back of your card, next to the signature strip. If you're using an American Express card, it's a 4 digit code on the front, above the card number.
This code confirms you physically have the card in hand, so PLAI and Stripe can ask for it every time you add a new card, even if you've saved one before.
