Search for a member
Open the group chat's profile screen.
Tap the search bar above the member list.
Type any part of the member's name.
The list filters instantly to matching members as you type. Clear the search to bring back the full list. This works the same way in the Add Member picker, filtering club members not yet in the group.

You'll see an empty state letting you know no members matched what you typed.
