Tap the Settings cog on the Ads Space screen to open Manage Ads Subscription, where you can see your next billing date, current plan cost, card on file, and full payment history.
Changing your card
Tap Change Card next to your card on file.
Enter your new card details in the Stripe-hosted flow.
On success, your card on file updates and a toast confirms: "Payment method updated." Your next billing cycle uses the new card.
Cancelling your subscription
Tap Cancel Ads Subscription at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm on the modal, which explains: your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period, your ads keep showing until then, and afterward your ad configurations are saved so you can reactivate anytime.
Tap Cancel Ads.
There's no partial refund for cancelling early in a billing period.
If a payment fails
Day 1: An amber banner appears on your Admin dashboard and the Ads Space screen: "Payment failed — update your card by [date]." Your ads keep showing throughout this grace period while Stripe retries the charge.
During the 14-day grace period: Tap Update Payment Method on the banner to fix your card. If a retry succeeds, the banner disappears and billing resumes as normal, with no interruption to your ads.
Day 14: If payment still hasn't gone through, your subscription moves to paused. The banner turns red, and your ads stop showing immediately. Your ad configurations are kept.
Resuming after a pause
Tap Resume Ads Space on the red banner. This routes you to checkout for a new billing period, it's a fresh payment, not a retry of the failed one. Once it succeeds, your ads resume immediately and a toast confirms: "Ads Space resumed. Your ads are live again."
FAQ
Will I lose my ad configurations if my subscription lapses?
No. Ad configurations are retained indefinitely regardless of subscription state, active, grace period, paused, or cancelled.
Does cancelling during the grace period still give me the rest of the billing period?
No. If you cancel while a payment has already failed, your ads stop showing immediately rather than continuing to the end of the period, since that period was never actually paid for.
How can I tell which payments failed in my history?
Your payment history lists every attempt with a green check for successful payments and a red icon for failed ones, most recent first.
