Every ad on your Ads Space screen has a three-dot menu with three options: Deactivate (or Activate), Edit, and Delete.
Editing an ad
Tap the three-dot menu on an ad card, then tap Edit.
The same form used to create the ad opens, pre-filled with the current image, name, link, and targeting.
Make your changes and tap Save Ad.
Changes take effect immediately, members see the updated version from the next ad rotation. A toast confirms: "Ad updated."
Deactivating and reactivating
Tap Deactivate from the three-dot menu, or tap the toggle directly on the ad card. There's no confirmation needed since deactivating is fully reversible.
The ad stops showing to members right away but stays in your list, dimmed to show it's inactive.
Billing for your Ads Space subscription continues regardless of whether any individual ad is active.
To bring it back, tap Activate. It resumes immediately with no extra steps.
Deleting an ad
Tap the three-dot menu, then tap Delete.
Confirm on the modal: "Delete this Ad? This ad will be permanently removed from your club. Members will no longer see it. This action cannot be undone."
Tap Delete Ad.
Deletion is permanent, there's no way to restore a deleted ad. If it was your only active ad, members simply see no ads until you publish a new one.
FAQ
If I deactivate every ad, does my subscription pause too?
No. Subscription billing is completely independent of how many ads are active. You can have zero active ads and still be billed normally.
Can I edit an ad while my subscription is paused?
Yes, editing is always available regardless of subscription state. The ad just won't show to members until the subscription is reactivated.
Will members notice mid-view if I edit an ad they're currently looking at?
No. Their current view completes with the old version, and the update applies from the next rotation.
