How to Search and Filter Payments

Find specific payments fast by searching or filtering the Payments tab by date, status, source, and payment method.

When your payments list gets long, searching and filtering help you narrow it down to exactly what you're looking for.

Searching payments

  1. On the Payments tab, tap the search bar. It shows a live count, for example "Search 297 payments...".

  2. Start typing a member name, source, or product name.

  3. The list updates as you type, filtering to anything matching your search.

Filtering payments

  1. Tap the filter icon to the right of the search bar. A bottom sheet opens with four filter groups.

  2. Choose from any of the following:

    • Date: Today, This Week, This Month, This Season, This Year, or a custom Start Date and End Date

    • Status: Paid, Unpaid, Failed, Refunded, Waived, Disputed

    • Source: Shop, Membership, Event, Form, Facility, Custom

    • Method: Card, Cash, Cheque, Direct Debit or Standing Order, Point of Sale, Bank Transfer, Other

  3. You can select more than one option within a group and across different groups.

  4. Tap Apply Filter. The sheet closes and the payments list refreshes to show only matching results.

Tip: Once a filter is active, the filter icon shows a badge so you know at a glance that the list isn't showing everything.

How the filters combine

  • Selections within the same group use OR logic. For example, choosing Paid and Unpaid under Status shows payments that are either.

  • Selections across different groups, and your search text, all combine with AND logic. So a Status filter and a Source filter together only show payments matching both.

  • If you set a custom date range, both a Start Date and an End Date are required.

  • "This Season" uses your club's configured season dates. If your club hasn't set up a season, it falls back to behaving like "This Year."

No results

If nothing matches your search or filters, you'll see an empty state message with the option to clear your filters and start again.
