How to Sort and Filter Memberships

Sort and filter the Membership tab by name, status, start date, payment plan, or group to quickly find and prioritise specific members.

When you need to find specific members quickly, for example everyone who's overdue, sorting and filtering the Membership tab gets you there faster than scrolling.

How to sort and filter memberships

  1. On the Membership tab, tap the filter icon beside the search bar.

  2. A bottom sheet opens with four filter groups:

    • Sort: First Name (A to Z or Z to A), Last Name (A to Z or Z to A), Membership Status (A to Z or Z to A), or Date Started (Most Recent First or Oldest First)

    • Membership Status: Active, On Trial, Overdue, Expired, Cancelled

    • Payment Plan: Subscription, Upfront, No Cost

    • Group: any of your club's Groups, or All Members

  3. Select a sort option and any status, payment plan, or group filters you need.

  4. Tap Apply Filter. The list updates with your sort and filters applied.

How the filters combine

  • Only one Sort option can be active at a time. Choosing a new one replaces the previous choice.

  • Multiple Membership Status options can be selected together, and combine with OR logic, so selecting both Overdue and Expired shows members matching either.

  • Filters across different groups, and your search, combine with AND logic.

  • If you don't apply any filter, the list defaults to newest members first, grouped by date.

Good to know

  • Reopening the filter sheet shows your previous selections still checked, so you don't have to rebuild a filter from scratch.

  • If nothing matches your filters, you'll see an empty state with an option to clear them.
