The member roster is your single view of everyone in the club, with an at-a-glance read on who owes money.
Viewing the roster
Tap the Members card on your admin dashboard to open the roster. Every member card shows a profile photo, name, and payment status.
If a member has any unpaid amount, whether from a membership, event, shop order, or form, their card shows Overdue. This overrides every other status, even Cancelled or Expired.
Members with nothing outstanding show their normal membership status (Active, Expired, Trial, and so on).
A green shield next to a name means Full Administrator. An orange shield means Group Administrator.
A first aid kit icon means the member has a named medical condition on file.
Child members show "Child of [guardian names]" underneath their name.
Note: Guardians linked to a child are not shown as separate roster entries unless they hold a club membership in their own name.
If the club has no members yet, you'll see "No members in this club yet," with a prompt to review pending registrations or invite members.
Filtering and sorting
Tap the filter icon on the roster to open a bottom sheet with four sections:
Sort By (single-select): First Name A–Z/Z–A, Last Name A–Z/Z–A, Member Status A–Z/Z–A, or Date Joined Most Recent/Oldest First.
Gender (multi-select): Male, Female, Unknown.
Member Status (multi-select): Active, Cancelled, Expired, Overdue, Trial.
Member Type (multi-select): Full Administrator, Group Administrator, Non-Guardian Adult, Guardian Adult, Child.
Confirm each section, then tap Apply to apply everything together. Categories are additive (Member Status = Overdue AND Member Type = Child narrows to overdue children), while multiple choices within one category are OR'd together (Overdue + Expired shows either).
If nothing matches, the roster shows "No members match your filters," and you can clear filters to return to the full list.
FAQ
Does the Overdue filter mean the same thing as the Overdue badge on a member's card?
Yes, they refer to the exact same payment state.
Do my filters persist if I navigate away and come back?
No, filter state is scoped to your current session.
