Adding a new Profile into PlanitEasy and Syncing it to Sabre:
Step 1: Go to the 'Profiles' page and click on New Individual.
Step 2: Fill in the fields that will be sent to Sabre.
Note: Some fields display a red “S” logo, indicating they are specific to Sabre.
Step 3: Select the Sync profile to Sabre in real-time checkbox
Step 4: Choose the Sabre Account.
Step 5: If there’s a mapped template for this profile, select the Sabre Template.
Step 6: Click on Save.
After clicking Save, a background process will run to sync all data from Planiteasy to Sabre, which may take a few minutes. Once complete, you’ll be able to edit the profile, see the interface ID automatically populated, and view the last sync date and time.
Note: If any errors occur, the interface ID will not populate. To view the error log, go to the Activity section.
Syncing a Profile from Sabre into PlanitEasy:
Step 1: Take note of the Interface ID which Sabre gives you for the Sabre Profile (copy it).
Step 2: Create a new Profile In PlanitEasy and paste the Interface ID at the top of the profile screen, then click Sync.
Step 3: Select the Sabre Account from the drop down and click Continue.
Step 4: A pop up will show you all of the fields being fetched from Sabre into this PlanitEasy Profile. You may pick the fields you wish to omit during the Sync (if any), then, Click Continue.
Step 5: Done! You will see the fields that have populated with the Sabre data during Sync.
