Getting your client information in PlanitEasy is a crucial first step to using the many features in PlanitEasy to support your client relationship.

Here are some materials you should prepare: Your client profile data: you will need an export of client data from an existing CRM like Clientbase, or in an excel grid exported from MS Office, Sabre, or another platform. (Reach out to the PIE team if you need help importing your files).

Forms support automation in PlanitEasy, taking the manual work of managing client information or requests out of your hands. Be sure to check out the standard forms that are available to all users in PlanitEasy, and consider which forms you may want to customize to support your business workflow like client intake, lead management, accepting terms, conditions, and collecting fees.
