Our Travelers Information Form is an easy way to get client information into your Profiles section (our CRM).

Start by clicking on Travelers Information in the Forms section of the main page and click on '+add new'.

Once opened, give your form a name. There are check box fields that let you add your travelers to the CRM and that let you bind the form directly with a trip automatically.

At this point you can decide if you want this form to have one travelers information section of multiple travelers added by default. 'Note', your travelers can add or delete extra travelers even if you have 1 traveler selected.

It will look like this on the form...

If you want to add a field that lets your travelers select which brand in your company they are traveling with, then leave that box check marked. You can also redirect your clients to another form or another web page once they press 'submit' on this form.

Next you can select the button that says 'Form fields' and choose what fields you want on your form by check marking the boxes. At the bottom you can add custom questions in four different methods.

If you would like to customize a field simply drag the Input Field (or other fields) buttons into the large rectangular box to set up your custom field. Once you've done that you MUST click the little pencil edit button to type in your questions. Don't forget to press the 'Save' button as shown in the screenshot below.

Your form will then show up in your Travelers Information Form section as seen below.

To share a link to your form on your website, in an email, or on your social media platforms click the small action whell button on the left of the form as shown below.

Once your client has submitted their form, it will sync into your Profiles section and be displayed there as long as you have Auto Add turned on. You will also be able to see a full list of your forms in the column 'submitted form' below.
