In our Forms section, you can select 'Credit Card Authorization' and create a form to send to your clients which includes the CVV field.
You can begin by clicking on the '+ Add New' button.
Now you can name your form and uncheck the boxes that say 'trip code entry field' and 'invoice code entry field' if you do not want them to be on your form for your travelers to fill in. You can also toggle on the button that says 'Company or Agency Name' if you have different brands.
By default, the 'Submittee' toggle button will be ON so that the person submitting the form is automatically added to your CRM.
Turn ON the 'Travelers Information' toggle if you need to collect more information besides First/Last name, Email and Phone number.
Click on '+ add page' and then add your title like 'Important Information' followed by clicking on 'add question' to add your 'CVV code' text.
Turn on the 'Credit Card' button, select the authorization amount if you want it followed by the E-signature feature if you want it. You can leave the other buttons off at the bottom.
FYI: We don't store the credit card security code because it's against PCI compliance rules. We use a security company to store all financial data securely and use tokenization to retrieve the card information to be read one time.
Add a URL link in the next section if you want your clients to be redirected to another form or web page of your choosing.
Once the client has submitted their information it will show up in the submitted forms section as well as in that client's Profile.
