How To Email Itinerary To Client

Learn how to share your travel itinerary with your clients

There are three ways to share your itinerary with your client. In this article I'll show you how to share it via email.

Step 1: If you haven't already created your itinerary from your itinerary builder, you'll need to do that. Simply click the +Add New Itinerary which is found in the Client Itinerary drop down and your itinerary will be generated.

Step 2: Click the Share button on the top of your itinerary page.

Step 3: Click the Email button and then add the email(s) of the clients you wish to send your itinerary to. Reminder, you must click enter after each email entry.

Step 4: You'll see the email has moved down in the form. You can add the Client's name here if you want. Then, just click the Share button and you're done!
