You would get an alert in the notifications section with a link to the form or you can go directly to the Forms section and click the form to view added forms and open the correct form. Click the submitted forms number to view them, as shown below.
If the client is in your CRM and the emails match the form they submitted, then the card will automatically be placed in their profile. Scroll down on the profile popup until you see the credit card section to find their details. It is also visible in the Forms section of the client profile:
