Navigate to your My Account tab in the top right corner of your page.

Now, in the left sidebar click Payment Collection.

This opens up all of the fields to fill in to set up your invoice. You'll notice that the first is a text box. The text you put in here, for example, your Terms and Conditions as we've done below, will appear at the very bottom of your invoice.

Next, is your invoice logo. This you can leave blank unless you want to use a logo that is different from your company logo on your invoice.

The next section is for your credit card authorization form link. You'll notice that there is a default link already there. This link takes your clients directly to our Credit Card Authorization Form for them to fill out to give you access to their credit card details. This link appears as a black button at the top right corner of the invoice saying Add Payment Authorization. If you create your own customized credit card authorization form, you'll have to replace the link here so that your custom form link appears on the invoice. Click here to learn how to create your own credit card authorization form.

In the Payment Information section, fill in all fields that are relevant to your company. For example, fill in the Checks section if you collect payments by check, the PayPal section if you use Paypal, and so on. NOTE: If you use a specific payment portal (ex, if you have a Square account), put the URL for your payment page in the Payment Portal section so it will be visible to your client on your invoice. See the GIF below for examples.

The Pay Now button should be turned on only if you have set up a Stripe account through us. To activate your Stripe account in PlanitEasy, email chris@planiteasy.com. If you do not plan to set up a Stripe account this should remain in the Off position.

Finally, you have the Payment Options. Check the boxes for all of the forms of payment that your company accepts. Then, the information you filled out in the Payment Information section will appear on your invoice.

Below is a sample of what an invoice will look like on your end.
