Step 1: Click on the messages icon in the top right corner of your screen.
Step 2: Click 'Compose' to open the outbound email template.
Step 3: Enter the email address you wish to send the message to. If this email address already exists in your CRM, it will begin to auto populate all possible options according to what you are typing.
Step 4: Upon completion of your message, press send or schedule a date/time to send your message by clicking on the arrow next to the 'Send' button.
*Note* Suppliers in your CRM will not auto populate the 'To' field when sending your message. This will be completed very soon. In the meantime you will have to type in the email manually and send it in the same manner you would on any other emailing platform.
