Recommended sequence to follow for Onboarding to PlanitEasy

ON-BOARDING:

Once you sign up, the platform will take you through different sections to fill out. Once you complete that, we recommend following the below:

1. Account Information

Go to the 'My Account' section (found at the top right corner of your page in your profile avatar) and add more information like your:

a. Company logo

b. Email Signature

c. Account Currency (USD, CAD, EUR etc) is important and cannot be changed later.

d. Various payment methods you want to offer your clients. ex. Bank and Check information, other payment portals like Paypal/Venmo etc. (this is optional but should be done at one point).

e. Add your T&Cs, Cancellation Policies and other important information.

2. Dashboard Explained

The dashboard on PlanitEasy has many functionalities that are useful to monitoring your daily business responsibilities.

3. Forms

Creating forms are extremely useful in the PIE platform. Please follow the below videos for help.

4. Import Client Profiles:

Please follow the below article so that way you can import all your clients to PlanitEasy.

5. Planner page explained

This page is very important when creating trips and these short videos are very useful to watch. The videos will explain how PlanitEasy works as a platform and how you can save time by using its' tools.
