Merge duplicate profiles

Merging your clients to avoid duplicate profiles

Duplicate profiles are picked up by our PlanitEasy platform when the same email address + first name + last name are existing in the profiles page.

In order to avoid duplicate profiles from existing in your account, we have created a function that will allow you to merge two profiles into one.

  1. Go to you profiles page and check mark the box next to the duplicate profile you wish to keep.

  2. Then you must select the second (duplicate) profile that you want merged with the first profile selected.

  3. After selecting both profiles, click on to the pink 'merge profiles' button at the top right of your screen.

  4. A pop up will appear with three columns. The first column is the information that exists in the profile you wish to keep. The second column will have the information of the second profile you wish to merge to the first profile. The third column will show you what it will look like with both profiles merged.

5. Click 'merge' and you will have completed the process. Please note that second profile will be deleted from all trips, invoices and forms. They will be replaced with the first profile you selected to keep.
