In your My account section, you can absorb the Stripe Fee by Turning the Fees section OFF (see below). The fee will still be collected and deducted from your earnings. If you would like the customer to pay for the fee, you can turn the button on and the fee will be added to their total price.
Don't forget to also adjust the proposal settings for the trip you are working on as well. Each trip can have its' own convenience fee settings.
