To be honest, most new Planniac accounts will find they need to spend somewhere between a day and a couple of weeks getting Planniac set up and testing it.
Why?
The whole idea of Planniac is to be an extension of your PMS and fill the void when it comes to planning and managing activities for your guests.
In order to do that, there are a lot of settings. You'll need to add all the tour, transfer, spa & rental providers as Resources and then specify what they offer and what they charge. You'll need to add your team members and assign roles, so they can see and use the parts of Planniac relevant to them. You'll customize some images and communications templates, meal plans, and settings for the optional pre-registration and upsell modules.
The more time you spend on the setup, the easier and more intuitive it will be to use Planniac.
