Outside guests (or non-guests) are walk-in customers who come to your front desk or tour guest to arrange activities through your property, but are not registered guests of the hotel.
This might be especially useful to you if you allow non-guests to
reserve hotel facilities or amenities
book in to your spa
go on tours you organize
The Outside Guests screen allows you to collect information about the guest so that you can include them on Planniac. It is necessary to collect this information before you can create an activity for them.
After you have created the record for the outside guest then you will be able to select them from the reservations list. They will be identified by NON GUEST or NOT A HOTEL GUEST when you access their record.
When you save the activity you'll be reminded that this is not a hotel guest and payment is due.
Once the activity is booked, it will appear on the Planns screen with NON GUEST instead of a room name.
