Itinerary email template customization
The Itinerary Email Template customizes the automatic email you can use to send a guest’s itinerary.
It contains insertable links and standard text. You can format the text like you would in your regular email software.
If you press the 3 dots icon
you’ll see more formatting options including a Preview button
where you can see what your itinerary email would look like.
Remember to use a Copy To and Reply To email address belonging to your resort.
To actually send guest itineraries, you would go to the GUESTS screen.
Voucher template customization
Vouchers can be used as payment vouchers for a guest to provide to a tour operator, or they can be used as a combination payment voucher and waiver that you want the guest to sign.
Guests can sign to agree that they have signed up for an activity, and confirms they agree to the terms. The form can automatically include any cancellation terms for the selected operator (which is input in the Resources section).

Registration form template customization

You will find the link to print the registration form on the Guests screen.
Quotation template customization
Use the Quotation Template to customize the automatic email that goes out to your guests with a quotation.
This is customizable. It contains insertable fields and standard text. You can format the text like you would in your regular email software.

The actual email would be sent from the Quotation screen.
Quotation link alert customization
When the person inquiring about rooms receives the quotation from you, they can go back and look at the quotation at any time. If it’s a particularly busy period in your hotel or if a lot of time has passed since you sent the quotation, you can customize messages that the guests will see when they reopen the original itinerary link. Under Settings > General Information > Quotation Module you can decide which of these messages you want to display if the status of the available rooms has changed.

Then you will be customizing popups for the following circumstances:
Rooms Unavailable
Price Increases
Price Decreases
Only the text is customizable. To preview these popups, you would need to:
create a quotation (for yourself)
temporarily change the pricing or availability on Cloudbeds
click the quotation link in the email you received to review the quotation and the popups notifying of price or availability changes.
