You may wish to export your Planns list from time to time. There are a few reasons to do this:
Commissions reporting
You can sort the report by operator to track commissions from tour operators.
Backup
While we are not aware of any user ever losing Planniac data, exporting a file from time to time would ensure you keep important information on file. If you are in an area with frequent power or internet outages, a printed backup could be very helpful so that you don't miss important scheduled events.
Step by Step
Go to Reports and select "Export Planns"
Choose how to sort (the default is by date)
Choose the date period to export
Click Export
Find the export in your downloads folder. You can open it as an Excel file or just keep it for future reference. It will be called "Planns Export" or "Happenings Export" (early versions).
