How do I add money to my Plasma One account?

There are 2 way to add money to Plasma One.

Deposit USDT or USDC

You can top up your Plasma One account by depositing USDT or USDC. To add funds:

  1. From the home screen, tap Add Cash

  2. Select USDT or USDC

  3. Choose a supported network.

    1. For USDT: Plasma One currently supports deposits on Plasma, Ethereum, Solana, Tron, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, and Base.

    2. For USDC: Plasma One currently supports deposits on Ethereum, Solana, Base, Optimism, Polygon, and Arbitrum.

  4. Copy or share the deposit address shown

  5. Send from your external wallet to that address, making sure you select the same network in your external wallet

  6. Funds typically arrive within 5 minutes

⚠️ Important: only send on a supported network listed above. Sending on an unsupported network (for example, Avalanche, Sui) may result in funds not arriving. If you are unsure whether your network is supported, do not send, contact support first.

Fees

  • USDT deposits are free

  • USDC deposits are free up to $30,000 per deposit. This is a per-transaction limit, not a lifetime cap, it resets with each new deposit. For any single deposit over $30,000, an exchange rate will be applied to the portion above $30,000, based on live market rates. Plasma does not add any additional fees on top of that.
