If you're waiting on a blockchain transaction, the expected timing depends on the type:
Depositing USDT or USDC to your account
Deposits typically arrive within 5 minutes after the transaction is confirmed onchain. If your deposit hasn't arrived after 15 minutes, check that you sent to the correct address and on a supported network. You can also check your transaction on Plasmascan. If everything looks right, contact support with your transaction hash.
Moving funds from Earn to Cash
After withdrawing from Earn, there may be a short delay while your card balance is topped up. This usually takes just a moment. If it's been more than 30 minutes, contact support.
Cashing out
Cash out swaps execute in the background after you confirm. If a swap fails due to network conditions or low liquidity, your funds stay in your wallet and are not lost. Try again after a few minutes.
Sent to an external wallet and don't see it
If you withdrew to an external wallet (like MetaMask) and the balance isn't showing, you may need to manually add the token.
In most cases like this, the funds have reached your destination address on the blockchain but aren't being displayed by your wallet — and the most common reason is that the receiving wallet hasn't been set up to recognise USDT0.
Could you please check the following in the wallet you withdrew to:
that the wallet supports USDT0 and the network it was sent on, and
that USDT0 is added/enabled as a token in that wallet, so it shows up in your balance.
Many wallets only display tokens that have been added or enabled, so even when the funds have arrived, USDT0 can stay hidden until the token is switched on. Once USDT0 is enabled and the wallet is set to the correct network, your balance should display.
If your wallet doesn't support USDT0 or that network, you'll need to use a wallet that does in order to see and access the funds.
If none of these apply, contact support and include the transaction ID from your transaction history. In many cases, delays resolve automatically without requiring any action from you. Rest assured, your funds are safe and will be credited as soon as the issue is resolved.
