Overview
Eligible Platinum members can order a physical Plasma One Visa card when the Physical option is available in the app.
We have begun to roll out a small number of Core cards for our highest spending Core users. This is a testing phase before we launch physical cards for all Core members. The rollout is coming to all Core members in the next few weeks.
Physical cards are not available for Lite members, so if you want a Physical card you need to upgrade to Core or Platinum.
How to order your physical card
Go to the Cards section in the app, or tap the physical card banner on your home screen.
Tap “+” and select Physical.
Confirm your Delivery address and Name on card. These details are pre-filled from your identity verification. Check them carefully. You cannot change them in the app after you place the order. Cards cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, so use a residential or business street address.
Choose your delivery method under Delivery method.
Review your order and confirm. Any fee is paid from your USD cash balance.
You will see a Card ordered confirmation, and the order appears in your transaction history.
⚠️ Important: Your delivery address and name cannot be changed and your order cannot be cancelled after it is placed. Double-check everything before confirming.
Cards cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. Your delivery address must be a residential or business street address.
If you do not have enough in your USD cash balance to cover a fee, the app will prompt you to add funds before completing the order.
How much does a physical card cost?
Your first physical card is free (shipping not included) on Core (coming soon) and Platinum.
Additional and replacement cards cost the full card price:

Which countries can physical cards be delivered to?
Physical-card delivery depends on your account eligibility, delivery address, issuer requirements and available delivery services. The app will tell you whether delivery is available for your address before you order. Availability may change.
Cards cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. Use a residential or business street address.
Delivery is currently not available in the following countries:
Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Afghanistan, South Sudan, Haiti, Eritrea, Kuwait, Seychelles, Mexico, Bangladesh.
What happens after I order?
Your card is prepared and shipped. When tracking is available, it appears in the app and may also be sent to you by email.
Please note - all delivery methods are recorded delivery and require a signature upon arrival.
When it arrives, activate it in the app before using it.
