Yes, the email is real. On 24 August 2026 and on 1 September 2026 we sent a short survey about adding money to Plasma One to a small group of invited customers, from updates@plasma.org.
If you received the first invite on 24 August and complete the survey by 31 August 2026, you will receive a one-time $5 reward, paid to your USD cash balance by 5 September 2026.
If you received the second invite on 1 September and complete the survey by 8 September 2026 at 10pm UK time, you will receive a one-time $5 reward, paid to your USD cash balance by 15 September 2026.
This offer is only open to Plasma One users we have directly reached out to.
How do I know the email is legitimate?
The genuine invite:
Comes from updates@plasma.org
Links to a short survey that takes 1 to 2 minutes
Asks about your experience adding money, plus your Plasma One username at the end, which we use to credit your $5
Your answers will not affect your account
We will never ask for your password, a login code, your card number, or ask you to move money as part of a survey. If an email asks for any of these, do not respond to it and contact our support team.
How do I get the $5?
Open the survey link in your invite email
Answer the questions
Enter your Plasma One username exactly as it appears in the app
Submit by the deadline listed on the email.
You can submit one response, and each customer can receive the reward once.
When and how is the $5 paid?
If you complete the first survey by 31 August 2026, your $5 will be paid to your USD cash balance by 5 September 2026.
If you complete the second survey by 8 September 2026, your $5 will be paid to your USD cash balance by 15 September 2026.
Why might I not receive the $5?
The survey is invite-only. Only customers who received the email qualify, so a response through a shared or forwarded link does not count.
You submitted after the stated deadline
The username you entered does not match the account we invited. We use it to credit the right account, so check it carefully before submitting.
We may withhold the reward for duplicate or fraudulent responses.
If none of these apply and your $5 has not arrived by the date stated above, contact our support team and we will look into it for you.
Does taking the survey change anything on my account?
No, your answers do not affect your account, your balances, or any application status. They are used only to improve how adding money to Plasma One works.
