Overview
The Setup section in Platter POS is a simplified configuration panel designed to help restaurants quickly connect and manage their Bluetooth payment terminal. Unlike other POS systems, Platter keeps device settings minimal within the POS app, allowing most configuration - such as menu setup, user roles, printers, and permissions - to be handled directly from the Platter Back Office.
In the POS app, the Setup menu is primarily used to pair or re-pair your Bluetooth payment terminal to ensure smooth, secure payment processing.
